business schools with accreditation requirements.
Dealing with multiple business school accreditations can be challenging. Each accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS, EFMD, AMBA, BGA, PRME, and AABS) requires submission of specific data for faculty and publications. Whilst the underlying data may be similar, the requirements of each professional body are different. QED is delighted to add ‘The Accredinator’ to its portfolio of client solutions.
The Accredinator is an application that enables clients to manage one underlying database with an easy-to-use interface. The database contains exactly the data needed for each accreditation. Once a change is made to the underlying database, all tables (across multiple accreditations) are automatically updated. Tables are downloadable in Word and Excel, giving you maximum flexibility.
The Accredinator integrates fully with existing faculty information systems, such as Symplectic’s Elements or other systems. Faculty can continue to update their publications and data in Elements as normal. They will not need to use Accredinator. The Accredinator also supports integration with Excel Spreadsheets and so-called RIS files, which are publication files produced by all major publication management systems.
For AACSB specifically, the Accredinator offers a user-friendly Table 3-1 editor to manage the faculty categories (SA, PA, SP, IP, and A) in one single table. The AACSB category rules are automatically updated and colour-coded to indicate where criteria are met.
This software application has been developed by H2 Software. QED acts as the exclusive agent for The Accredinator, in partnership with H2 Software.
